Since joining PKF Texas in January 2000, he has been instrumental in growing our SEC practice. His 21 years of experience include working with mid-cap and small cap registrants while at a Big 4 firm and as a controller and SEC reporting office for a Houston based public registrant. He has significant experience in providing SEC reporting services to public registrants spanning the numerous SEC related reporting forms, rules and regulations. He also has extensive experience in providing auditing services to SEC registrants seeking public offerings and ongoing SEC reporting responsibilities as well as SEC reporting in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.
