Areas of Special Competence
As Director of Practice Growth for the Houston-based CPA firm PKF Texas, Karen Love has played a tremendous role in doubling the firm's growth in the past nine years, and in 2005, became a director/owner. Operating in the 4th largest city in the US with an environment of entrepreneurship and international flavor, Karen's innovative practice growth strategies have enabled the professionals at PKF Texas to infiltrate virtually every organization in Houston. Karen has mentored other accounting marketing professionals in her more than 14 years in the industry, and has been recognized as one of Accounting Today's 100 Most Influential People, a Marketer of the Year by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), and was recently inducted into the AAM Hall of Fame. Her greatest joy is leading the PKF Texas Practice Growth team. Together they have had many successes including recognition from the PRSA as the inaugural Communications Team of the Year.
