What is xRM?
xRM has opened the traditional view of CRM to encompass "everything"(x) Relationship Management. By leveraging the powerful .NET platform on which Dynamics CRM is built, we can now extend the entities that CRM encompasses such as customers/accounts, contacts, partners, vendors, services, etc., and create entirely new solutions that integrate into existing line of business applications. The benefits associated with xRM include:
