Best Places To Work

How do we know we're a great place to work? We know because we continually ask.

In 2001, 2002 and 2003, PKF Texas was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Best Places to Work.  In 2004, PKF Texas became a sponsor of the annual Best Places to Work awards to recognize and celebrate cultural excellence in the work place.  By sponsoring the awards, we are sending a strong signal - not only to our own team - but also to other "employers of choice" in Houston that PKF Texas is committed to building and supporting great workplaces.

As a sponsor, we can no longer compete for the Best Places to Work in Houston award, however, our employees continued to take the Best Places to Work survey  – because they know that our leaders take the results seriously.  Our BPTW survey results have been used to jump-start taskforces, create new perks, and shape the sessions offered at PKF University.

In addition to our commitment to Best Places to Work, we also salute our neighbors and friends through the creation and our sponsorship of the Summit Awards, which recognizes Houston's employers of choice who have been recognized five or more consecutive years as one of Houston's Best Places to Work.
