Annabella Green, SPHR, Named PKF Texas Director, Human Capital & Firm Administration

HOUSTON – January 5, 2009 – Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) is pleased to announce the promotion of Annabella Green, SPHR, to Director, Human Capital & Firm Administration. 

Green has been a member of the PKF Texas team since 2004, when she joined as the Firm Administrator.  Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the Human Capital Support and Administrative teams, working closely with firm practice leaders to set firm wide policies, as well as planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operations of the firm.  Green also handles employee benefits, regulatory compliance and all related functions of human resources including employee relations, and risk management.

In 2007, Green was honored by the Association for Accounting Administrators and CPA Practice Management Forum with the ACE Award, which recognizes the Firm Administrator of the year.

Prior to joining PKF Texas, Green was Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at ABN AMRO Bank.
