Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) Expands Audit Practice with the Addition of G. Scott Soles as Director

HOUSTON – November 28, 2011 – Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) is pleased to announce G. Scott Soles, CPA, CFF has joined the firm as a Director.
“Scott’s strong international and energy background, combined with his extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, adds a unique layer to PKF Texas’ accounting and advisory services,” said Kenneth Guidry, CPA, President.
Soles has worked extensively with organizations on a global scale, with a concentration on international oil and gas, energy and related support services. He also has experience in areas such as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters, SOX 404 compliance and consulting, risk assessment framework creation and facilitation, internal controls reviews, and financial due diligence.
