HOUSTON – May 22, 2012 – Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) is pleased to announce Rafael Casalade, CPA, Tax Director, Eddie Goldsberry, CPA, Tax Director and Keith Miceli, International Business Advisor, have been appointed to Houston Mayor Annise Parker’s International Trade and Development Councils (MITDC) for Canada, Europe and the Americas, respectively. Additionally, Carsalade has been named Chair of MITDC – Canada.

Carsalade has been a member of MITDC-Canada since 2011, Goldsberry has been a member of MITDC-Europe since 2009 and Miceli is in his first year with MITDC-Americas.

The overarching goal of the MITDCs has been to expand the constructive dialogue between Houston’s international business community and the City government, and to jointly identify opportunities to promote the city of Houston globally – economically, educationally and touristically. In total, 134 board members from Houston’s diverse international population have been appointed by the Mayor to make up the MITDCs.
