What do you like best about helping clients?
I enjoy helping clients understand how the tax law applies to their situation and assisting them with their compliance needs. Tax law can be complicated and overwhelming, so I am happy to help our clients focus on the issues that are relevant to them and find the optimal strategies to minimize their tax burden.
What energizes you about working at PKF Texas?
PKF Texas is a place where I can learn and grow, both technically and in my leadership abilities. PKF Texas provides the tools and trainings necessary so I can contribute to the team and better serve our clients.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and now live in Denver, Colorado.
Do you own any pets?
I have a tripawd (three-legged) lab-mix named Jessie, who gets into just as much trouble on three legs as she did on four. I also have a cat named Lucy, who loves to snuggle and doesn't take any of Jessie's nonsense.
What is your favorite book/author? Or What are you reading right now?
Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver is my #1 favorite, but I am also a big fan of Brene Brown's work and the Harry Potter series.
