What I Do For Clients

Shelly’s primary client service focus is on audits of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including 11K and DOL reporting for privately held businesses in a broad range of industries. She is part of the firm’s leadership team for the employee benefit practice. On the compliance side, her experience includes ensuring a plan is operating in compliance with the plan document and the plan satisfies the regulatory reporting requirements. On the consulting side, Shelly assists clients with plan analysis, provides guidance on the correction of plan failures and operational deficiencies and provides consultation when there are delinquent 5500 filings. She also determines, implements and manages technical training for PKF Texas employee benefit plan audit team members.

She also has experience with financial audits and reviews in the area of hospitality, professional services and distribution.
