What: Presented by Chevron, the UH Energy Symposium Series focuses on critical issues in energy.  The February event is a moderated debate asking the question “Private Profit vs. Public Good: Do Energy Companies Have a Social Responsibility?” Featured guest speakers are:  Badar Khan, Direct Energy; Nate Teti, Statoil North America;  Aneel Karnani, University of Michigan; and Kathleen Harnett White,  Texas Public Policy Foundation. Celebrating a Century of Caring Luncheon

This event will highlight the spirit of preparedness and our commitment to provide vital services to the Gulf Coast area 365 days a year-from responding to home fires in local neighborhoods to teaching first aid and CPR to the community.
