At PKF Texas, one of our taglines is “PKF – People the Key to our Future.” With this in mind, we’re pleased to announce Ryan Istre, CPA, Samir Jabiyev, CPA and Chris Hatten, CPA have been promoted to Audit Director.
“I am pleased to welcome Ryan, Samir, and Chris into the firm’s Director group,” said Sonia Freeman, CPA, Audit Director and Practice Leader. “They each have a particular set of skills that strengthens our Director group as a whole.”
Istre specializes in audit services to domestic and international businesses in the areas of real estate, manufacturing and energy services for the public and private sectors. His SEC compliance and reporting includes IPO registrations, annual and quarterly compliance filings and special Regulation S-X audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Jabiyev’s experience includes audit, review and compilation services for publicly-owned, private equity backed and privately-held businesses. His areas of concentration include manufacturing and distribution, energy services, technology, trading and gaming. He also has experience with SEC reporting matters, debt and equity transactions, and mergers and acquisition due diligence.
Hatten works with public and private businesses, including internet based service companies, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, oilfield service and midstream energy companies. He provides audit and financial reporting services to clients with international operations including U.S. and foreign-owned entities with multiple subsidiaries and locations.
