How do you help your clients make “Smart Business Decisions”?
First and foremost, I research and gather information so that I know what I’m talking about before going to clients. I also collaborate with my colleagues and co-workers to pinball ideas around and make sure we’re giving an all-encompassing answer. We can give them options and advise them based on the most recent and accurate guidance or policy that came out, so we’re not just telling them what to do but backing it up with regulations.
