It’s making sure that when clients call me for things I’m fairly quick to respond. It’s also important to give them effective responses. If it’s something I don’t necessarily know off the top of my head, I’ll be honest with them and say so and ask for time to do some research before getting back to them. When my clients call, they are trying to ensure they have the right information available for their stockholders, board members or investors when they need it. So, with the insight I provide them, it keeps them on the up-and-up with their stakeholders.
