What I do for Clients

Hi, my name is Nikki, and I’ve worked for PKF Texas for 14 years. I have 28 years of experience in accounting. I enjoy working with clients in the manufacturing & distribution, energy & oilfield, technology, and transportation & logistics industries focusing on international tax and compliance, consulting and providing income tax provision needs to our clients. Helping foreign-owned companies set up businesses in the U.S. by navigating them through Federal and State regulations is one of my biggest passions.

I appreciate my clients by learning their business and connecting them with our network or the marketplace to provide solutions and help start and/or grow their businesses.

When I’m not at work, you can find me living life to the fullest. My love of art and entertainment has given me a passion for traveling, hiking, cooking, dancing and doing anything outdoors.

I’ll bet you didn’t know during the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided curbside soup service from home. I called it BYOC (bring your own container).

What does it mean to you to be an “Approachable Advisor”?

It’s being the first person clients go to when they have questions, before they engage in any type of conversation with other firms. By keeping up with tax laws and being able to explain them in a way that makes sense, we can better understand clients’ businesses and build trust with them. Then they’re unafraid to call us to talk through challenges.

What does “art” mean to you? And how do you use art in business?

What does “science” mean to you? And how do you use science in business?
